2. The Lead generations softwares are meant to generate leads for business, the mobile numbers or email addresses that you collect using these softwares should not be misused. The user of the software will be responsbile for any action that he has taken. You are not supposed to send bulk sms to people who are registered in DND list. Similary you should practice email marketing as per the standard guidelines given by the email marketing authorities.

3. All judicial and legal issues will be sorted in Margao Court, Goa.
