While extracting data from the software, if you put a tick in extract emails checkbox, then the software will extract email form the website address available for that listing. if there is no website address listed, then the software wont be able to extract email for that listing.
during the process of email extraction, the software visits the website in the background and will visit multiple pages, so that it can grab the email address. and when it does grab the email, it will go to the next listing. similarly if there is no email present on the website, it will go to the next listing. the default time for email extraction is 20 seconds. You can see this is settings tab. General tab. This 20 seconds can be changed. you can reduce it if you dont care much about the emails, or increase it if emails are must.
So obiviously, if you increase the email extraction time, the whole extraction process will be slow,
